The Featherbed Railroad and the Sons of Italy in Nice have joined forces to bring a lively way to ring in the new year once again following the sell-out event last year.
We'll start with an all-request New Years dance celebration featuring a lavish prime rib dinner complete with dessert and midnight champagne experience. Music will be provided by Sounds Like Fun! Entertainment and will feature DJ TonyB taking requests from his library of 28,000+ songs while also projecting images and showering the audience in a beautiful lighting experience.
We're going to ring in the celebration on New York time which means we'll be celebrating the dropping of the ball at 9pm with New York. At that moment we'll be passing out champagne for the big toast and then opening up a lavish dessert buffet.
The price of this dinner is just $25 per person. Best of all, guests of the Featherbed Railroad can easily stroll to the Sons of Italy hall eliminating the worry about drinking and driving. 
This will be a fun way to ring in 2013 with other guests of the Featherbed Railroad and a few others from within the community. This event sells out every year and many of our rooms are already booked for the 2012-2013 celebration.
After our official ringing in of the new year, Tony will stay on until the last person has given up with music requests for dancing and celebrating. Definitely bring your dancing shoes!
For those who want to go elsewhere, the Soper-Reese Community Theater is also having an open party to ring in the new year beginning at 9, so you can celebrate the new year with us and then move on to hear the LC Diamonds at the Soper-Reese!
