Recently a guest at the Featherbed Railroad shared a great recipe for bass that we thought we'd share with you.
1 Clear Lake Bass
Spices to Taste
1 Wine County Woods Wine-Soaked Oak Smoking Board
Preheat grill. Spice fish to taste and cook for approximately 20 minutes. It's nice to place thin slices of lime on top of the fish or mix your spices with olive oil.
Turn fish over only once. After about 20 minutes remove fish and let cool. Throw away the fish and eat the plank - bass are better for catch and release.
